Dongin’s new Rotary Knife Sheet cutter is easy to apply to users who want to use all cutting machines and cross-cutter machines related to the use of Siemens SIMOTION-D quickly and simply. With the use of SIMOTIO, the raw paper made by using raw paper feed mechanism is cut into equal size parts.
The rotary cross-cutter (rotary knife) is used to achieve high feed speed and short cutting length of raw material paper.
The cross-cutter consists of a rotating roll, and one or several blades are positioned along the circumference of this roll. While the roll rotates, the blade cuts the raw paper that is fed down the roll into fixed-size and defined portions.

Dongin Engineering’s automation system includes an electrically coupled winding motion adjustment system with the same speed as Synchronized Drive Control-Center Drums. Positioning-Slitters are paired with focused servo operation which makes chopping positioning very easy.
Each rewinder has a built-in gear motor that moves left and right. The use of these devices is practically in place.
Speed Control – Main sheet speed, unwinding, slicing and center drum speeds are the basis controlled by Dongin’s operating control system.
Tension Control – The main element of a rewinder is tension control. The non-rewinding machine consists of a regenerative type DC/AC motor, which is also controlled by Dongin’s centralized driving control program. It allows very smooth control to realize high quality products.
Torque Control – Central core operations are controlled by the main drum torque value. This eliminates speed fluctuations between the drum and this roll.

Paper rewinder is basically a large finished roll from a paper production machine, which is done through the process of embossing, printing, rewinding smaller rolls of different diameters, and then to consumers such as printing paper, newspaper, and drawing paper for sale. For production in sizes of roll product range.
The new Twin Drum Rewinder System uses Dongin’s automated system to provide more complex functions than those used for user convenience. Dongin Engineering’s automation system includes many automated functions, and can reduce operator’s attention or operational intervention to achieve high quality product production rate.
Dongin’s automation system helps unskilled operators to operate the machine easily. These key functions are used to control rotating instruments and machinery to do (cutting/needle punching/embossing/sealing, etc.).
